Terms and Conditions
The following terms govern the contractual relationship between you (as the Guest) and me (as the Host).

2. Information on Mandatory Recording of Personal Data
For the reservation, communication between the host and the guest, and the issuance of invoices (NAV obligation), I need to collect your personal data.
For booking and invoicing: name of the person/company making the reservation and receiving the invoice, tax number in case of a company, residential/business address, email address, phone number.
For tourist data reporting: before arrival, please send a photo by email of the identification document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) of every guest (from 0 years old!) for electronic document reading (as required by NTAK according to current regulations*).
Moreover, could you please send a selfie of yourself and each of the guests, where you are visible together with the ID card. We can also arrange this via video call, we’ll coordinate this later if necessary.

For guests under 14 years of age, the data can also be recorded based on the statement of their representative (e.g., parent, guardian).
The data to be recorded include: family and given name; date and place of birth; gender of the guest; nationality; mother’s maiden name (if included in the identification document); identification data of the ID or travel document; for third-country nationals**, the visa or residence permit number, date, and place of entry.
„Accommodation service providers shall refuse to provide the accommodation service if the document is not presented. As authorised by legislation, accommodation service providers are entitled to ask for the personal identification documents of guests over the age of 14 and guests must comply with this request.”

*Applicable regulations:

3. Booking and Cancellation Conditions on bonrila.com website
3.1 Booking Conditions
Minimum Nights: 2 nights
Booking is possible at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
Please only make a reservation if you are comfortable with completing the required tourist data submission and identity verification online, using a photo, selfie, or video call, as check-in and check-out are entirely contactless. This allows you the flexibility to arrive and depart at your convenience. The easy-to-use key safe ensures a smoother and more stress-free stay (please note, the key safe is located at a different address).
Special rates or promotions may have different rules, which are visible during the booking process.
I reserve the right to modify prices or promotions appearing on the website without prior notice.
Capacity of Bonrila Sun Apartment: maximum 6 guests.
I accept reservations only through the website or online accommodation booking partners. Information provided via phone, email, or social media is for inquiries only.
The Guest assumes exclusive responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process on the website reservation system.
If you provided an incorrect email address during the booking process and do not receive a confirmation email, please contact me through the contact details available on the website.

Standard Rate: 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. You can freely cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date, and in this case, I will refund 100% of the paid advance.
Non-Refundable Rate: 100% payment of the accommodation fee is required at the time of booking. Once paid, the reservation cannot be canceled or modified.
Quantity Discount: 15% discount on both rates for a minimum 7-night booking.
Per Person Pricing: our apartment employs per person pricing.
Child Discount: please note that we do not offer any child discounts. Therefore, even the smallest children, including babies, count as full guests and the full price must be paid for them.
Advance Payment – Final Payment
To finalize the booking, I request a 50% advance payment for the standard rate or 100% payment for the non-refundable rate at the time of booking, either by credit card or bank transfer within 4 hours after the reservation.
If the amount does not arrive within the specified time, I consider the reservation null and void, and the dates become available for booking again.
The reservation becomes lawful after the arrival of the requested advance payment by the deadline.
I request payment of the remaining accommodation fee with the advance deducted by 3:00 PM on the second day before arrival. (Example: arrival date is June 5, payment deadline is June 3, 3:00 PM)
If you book accommodation 48 hours before the arrival date, full payment of the accommodation fee is required to finalize the reservation. (Example: I book accommodation on Monday morning for an arrival time of Wednesday at 3:00 PM. I pay 100% of the accommodation fee at the time of booking because the full amount must arrive by 3:00 PM on the second day before arrival.)
The accommodation fee includes the tourist tax.
Payment options: credit card, bank transfer, SZÉP card. Accepted currency: Hungarian Forint.

There is no card terminal in the apartment, so on-site payment is not possible.
3.2 Cancellation, Modification of Guest Count, or Duration Terms
Requests for cancellation or modification of booking details can be initiated through the “Booking Details” link at the bottom of the confirmation email, indicating the PIN code or booking confirmation number.
Cancellation
Standard Rate
You can freely cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date, and in this case, I will refund 100% of the paid advance.
If you cancel the reservation within 13-0 days before arrival, the paid advance is non-refundable and becomes my property; in exchange for the paid advance, no services will be provided.
Non-Refundable Rate
Once the accommodation fee is paid, the reservation cannot be canceled or modified.
Modification
Modification of the date is possible considering the availability of the apartment. If additional nights are booked, please transfer the advance difference within 4 hours, and the modification becomes lawful at that time.
Modification of the guest count: in case of more guests, please transfer the advance difference within 4 hours, and the modification becomes lawful at that time.
In the case of reducing guest nights or the number of guests, the advance surplus will not be refunded unless it exceeds 100% of the modified amount.
If you reduce the guest nights to less than 7, you will not be entitled to the 15% discount. After receiving the request, I will recalculate the amount to be paid and notify you by email. Please transfer any advance difference within 4 hours, and the modification becomes lawful at that time.
If you do not cancel the reservation in writing but fail to show up on the day of arrival, the amount paid until then becomes my property without providing services.
If you leave the apartment before the booked period expires, I am entitled to resell the remaining days.
If, due to reasons attributable to me, you cannot take possession of the apartment on the day of arrival or must leave it before the departure day, I will compensate for the lost period. Compensation can be in the form of a similar duration and value of accommodation or a proportional refund of the accommodation fee already paid by you.
I may deviate from the cancellation and modification conditions described above in the event of an unexpected accident or illness affecting you and those arriving with you, provided that you promptly inform me of the circumstances.

4. Booking Conditions of Online Accommodation Booking Partners
4.1. Booking Conditions on Booking.com

Standard Rate: You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. On the 14th day before arrival, you will settle the full accommodation fee using the provided payment method. If you cancel the reservation or fail to show up within 14 days before arrival, the full accommodation fee will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate: 100% payment of the accommodation fee is required at the time of booking. Once paid, the reservation cannot be canceled or modified.
Quantity Discount: 15% discount on the Standard rate for a minimum 7-night booking.

Standard Rate:
If you cancel the reservation within 48 hours of booking, and this occurs at least 14 days before arrival: you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel the reservation more than 48 hours after booking, but at least 14 days before arrival, you will receive a partial refund: you will get back 50% of the nightly rate. The service fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel the reservation within 7 days of arrival: there is no refund of the accommodation fee.
Non-refundable rate: payment of 100% of the accommodation fee is requested at the time of booking, and once paid, the reservation cannot be cancelled or modified. This option is available if the departure date is within 60 days.
Quantity Discount: 15% discount on the Standard rate for a minimum 7-night booking.

5. Room Usage Policy
The apartment consists of a living room, a sleeping alcove with a double bed, and a separate small bedroom. For bookings of 1 or 2 guests, the small bedroom will be closed to avoid unnecessary cleaning and to keep the beds pristine.
If two guests are booking but are not a couple, they do not need to share a double bed. If requested, we can provide separate bedding in the double bed and the small bedroom. Please let us know this request at the time of booking or before your arrival.
6. Redeeming coupons on bonrila.com
You can use a discount coupon once with one email address. You can always read the information about its use at the place where the given coupon is published (website, newsletter, social media post, advertisement, etc.) or on the Prices page.
7. Redeeming gift cards on bonrila.com
Currently, the redemption of the Gift card is only possible through wire transfer or SZÉP card payment.
During the accommodation booking, in the field for filling out information, enter the fantasy name of the gift card (e.g., MarieVacation23) in the Comments field, and choose the option to Use gift card as a payment method!
After submitting the reservation, you will first receive an automated email confirming the intent to book.
Non-refundable rate or booking within 48 hours: I will calculate the total amount and the difference with the gift card, and send you a fee request for the remaining amount. After transferring the amount, the reservation will be confirmed, and I will issue the advance invoice.
Standard rate: in this case, a 50% advance payment is required. I will calculate the difference between the advance and the gift card.
If this is less than the required 50%, I will send you a fee request for the difference. After transferring the amount, the reservation will be confirmed, and I will issue the advance invoice.
If this is equal to or greater than the required 50%, no further advance payment is necessary, and the reservation will be confirmed.
To redeem a gift card, the total accommodation fee (after any potential coupon discount) must reach a certain amount:
- 50,000 HUF gift card – minimum total amount: 55,000 HUF
- 30,000 HUF gift card – minimum total amount: 33,000 HUF
- 20,000 HUF gift card – minimum total amount: 22,000 HUF
Example: accommodation fee: 60,000 HUF, coupon: -15%. Discounted accommodation fee: 51,000 HUF
Since this does not reach 55,000 HUF, the 50,000 HUF gift card cannot be used. However, the 20,000 HUF or 30,000 HUF gift cards can be used.
8. Arrival and Departure
The apartment can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and is requested to be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible with prior arrangement.
Please inform me in advance of your expected arrival and departure times! You can use the comments field during booking or contact me directly using the contact information provided in the confirmation.
Arrival is contactless, and you will find the apartment keys in a key safe. I will send you the code by email one day before your arrival. If desired, personal meeting upon arrival is possible with prior arrangement.
Departure is also contactless, please leave the apartment keys in the key safe. If desired, personal meeting upon departure is possible with prior arrangement.
9. Others
The accommodation does not allow the hosting of dogs and other pets.
The nature of the apartment house does not permit loud music or hosting house parties.
Smoking and Open Flames
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony; please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Burning candles inside the house is also not allowed.
No grilling or cooking with an open flame or with a camping gas stove inside the apartment or on the balcony!
Garden
Park your car in the available space in a way that does not obstruct the entry and exit of others!
The garden gates (pedestrian and vehicle entrances) should be locked with a key between 22:00 and 6:00; otherwise, they should be closed.
Fire in the garden can only be lit in the designated fire pit built with stones, only under adult supervision and in calm weather. After using the fire pit, please douse it with plenty of water! Coordinate the usage time with other residents!
Everyone can use the sandbox with the agreement of other families, but we cannot provide toys.
10. Please also consider the following!
Do not place objects containing metal in the microwave! Before turning on the cooktop, remove everything! When using Teflon-coated pancake pans and pans, please do not use metal tools or knives!
Before turning on the stove, remove all objects from it (including from unused cooktops)! It’s advisable to wipe off crumbs to avoid burnt odors. Make sure no flammable objects (rags, paper, plastic trays) hang over the cooktops from the table!
Do not leave the TV, stove, or other electrical appliances on when you are not at the accommodation or during the night.
Dispose of food residues (or cooking oil) only wrapped (in a bag, milk carton, margarine box) in the trash!
Do not throw any objects into the toilet; only toilet paper is allowed!
Please use the appropriate clothes dryer for wet clothes and towels, not the apartment railings or chairs, etc.
The use of the air conditioning system is allowed only when staying in the apartment, behind closed windows and doors.
Always lock the apartment and gate when leaving! Do not leave the windows open —especially those facing the corridor!
You will find a small first aid kit under the washbasin. In case of a more significant issue, call the emergency number 112!
In case of a fire, start extinguishing immediately with the fire extinguisher located under the sink, and call the firefighters at the emergency number 105!
Do not store street-used vehicles (e.g., scooters, bicycles) or larger sports equipment (e.g., SUP, surfboard) in the apartment; please arrange their placement in the corridor or garden!
Do not take the equipment of the apartment outside!
The accommodation fee includes utility charges, other additional costs, final cleaning, and, for stays longer than one week, weekly bed linen and towel change and cleaning. Please coordinate the timing of these services in advance!
Please note that to ensure a comfortable stay in the apartment, several essential supplies and kits are provided, such as dish soap, liquid soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, salt, and sugar. The initial quantity is provided for your convenience, however, if you need more of these items or consumables, please obtain the necessary quantity from local stores or other sources. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Everyone can use the equipment in the apartment as intended and at their own risk. Guests are liable for damages caused to the house, its facilities, and the surrounding area.
Do not leave valuable items on the balcony or in the yard when you go somewhere or overnight!
I do not assume responsibility for personal injuries resulting from the non-intended use of the apartment house and its surroundings, as well as for damages caused in the apartment house.
The loss of keys incurs an obligation to pay 20,000 HUF.
11. Rights and Obligations of the Host
As a host, I have the right to refuse or withdraw bookings made by individuals using inaccurate personal data or declarations made by minors.
Under no circumstances can minors be accommodated without the supervision of an adult.
In the case of disruptive behavior or violations of safety rules, I have the right to terminate a reservation and, if necessary, report the situation to local authorities.
As a host, I am obligated to provide the advertised services.
Only pre-announced paying guests are allowed in the apartment. As a host, I am entitled to, without prior notice, check whether the announced number of guests are staying in the accommodation. The check must not involve harassing the guest and must respect personal rights.
12. Guest Illness
In case of illness, I will assist in organizing medical help upon request. If the doctor diagnoses an infectious disease, I am entitled to refuse further service.
The guest bears any additional costs arising from early departure.
13. Force Majeure
In special circumstances (e.g., fire, flood, extreme weather, power outage, strike, war, etc.) that neither the Host nor the Guest can influence – force majeure – both parties are released from their obligations. The contracting parties agree to do everything in their power to minimize the occurrence of such reasons and circumstances, as well as to remedy any resulting damage or delay as soon as possible.
14. Conditions for Bookings Sold by Intermediaries
In the case of differences between information found on other sales channels and my website (https://bonrila.com), the information on my own website is always applicable. I do not take responsibility for any differences and potential damages arising from them.
15. Electronic Surveillance System
An electronic surveillance system (camera) is operated in the apartment only during periods when no guest is checked in.

Waste Disposal
In the apartment, there is a trash bin under the sink in the bathroom and kitchen. Spare bags can be found under the sink.
When these trash bins are full, please dispose of the bag in the designated Bonrila dumpster, and collect recyclable waste in the appropriate bags provided (yellow: PET, TetraPak, clean plastic packaging), blue: paper, green: glass.
From March to April 30 and from October 1 to November, garbage is collected in a 110-liter brown plastic bag. (We provide bags, but if needed, you can get them at Spórolós CBA or Tourinform).
The garbage bin is collected from May 1 to September 30. From March to June 30, and then from September 1, garbage collection is on Mondays. From July 1 to August 31, it is twice a week: on Sundays and Thursdays.
From 1st May to 30th September, we keep the bin outside the fence so that it is always accessible to the rubbish collectors.
In spring and autumn, we keep the bin inside the fence, and it’s advisable to place the brown bin bag inside it to prevent animals from tearing it apart.
The residents of the building do not handle the waste of the Bonrila Sun Apartment. Please, ensure cleanliness and order!
Garden
Park your car in the available space in a way that does not obstruct the entry and exit of others!

As the operator of Bonrila Sun Apartment, Bozókiné Antal Rita (address: 19 Rigó Street, 2024 Kisoroszi) ensures the legality and appropriateness of the personal data processed by her at all times. The purpose of this information is to provide guests who book accommodation and provide personal information with appropriate information about how our company handles their data, under what conditions and guarantees, and for how long. The operator adheres to the provisions outlined in this information in all cases involving the processing of personal data and considers them binding on herself. However, she reserves the right to change the statements made in this unilateral declaration, in which case she will inform the parties concerned in advance. If you have any questions regarding the information provided, please email us. Our data processing is based on voluntary consent and, in some cases, is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.
Our data processing complies with relevant laws, especially the following:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

2. Data Processing Related to Online Accommodation Booking and purchase of Gift Cards
The operator provides the option for online accommodation booking and purchasing Gift Cards.

Purpose of data processing: Facilitating, cost-free, and more efficient accommodation booking, establishing contact with the guest making the reservation.
Legal basis for data processing: Prior consent of the person reserving accommodation. By accepting this information, the data subject expressly consents to the processing of their personal data as described in this section.
Scope of processed personal data: Last name, first name; address (country, postal code, city, street, house number); phone number; email address; in the case of a legal entity, company name and registered office, credit card number, CVC code, SZÉP card details (identifier, name on the card). In the case of filling out an online registration form, the accommodation also processes the following data: identification document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) number, citizenship, place, and date of birth.
